Tuvalu established its Gaming Authority under the Tuvalu Gaming Authority Act (CAP 48.20.5, 2023 Revised Edition), creating one of the newest and leanest licensing regimes in iGaming. The B2C license covers online casino, crypto casino, sports betting, poker, bingo and other approved interactive products.
The regime is designed for fast market entry: pre-approval within four to five days, no local company or resident officer required, and no minimum capital or gaming tax.

Corporate structure
The licence is issued to the applicant entity as-is — there is no requirement for a Tuvalu-incorporated company, local directors or resident officers. Templates for all policies are provided during the application, and documentation is handled entirely by email.
